living spiritual deep dive

One of the main purposes of my spiritual teaching and building my website is to raise a broader awareness about spirituality—what it truly means and the intricate processes involved. Spirituality isn’t just about posting inspirational quotes on social media and pretending to be enlightened. It’s a daily, active practice. For instance, I make it a point to spend 5 to 30 minutes each day in sunlight. This isn’t just for physical benefits; the sunlight downloads divine codes into our DNA, allowing God to do essential work within us. Yes, we are living in a type of “game,” and God is the ultimate architect—the Creator of all things, existing not only within this reality but beyond it, much like the concept explored in The Matrix, except with divine intention and love.
This interconnectedness between nature and our well-being can’t be ignored. There’s a story that illustrates this beautifully: Some public schools reported incidents of students running out of classrooms and wandering off. Many of these children, struggling academically, were often found sitting by trees. It was a wake-up call for these schools, a realization that children were disconnected from nature—a realm that requires balance for proper functioning.
In response, schools started scheduling periods for students to spend time barefoot on the soil, reconnecting with the Earth. The results were astounding—academic performance improved, and social bonds among students strengthened. This demonstrates the grounding effect of touching Mother Earth, which helps recycle stagnant energies. When we experience brain fog, it’s often because we are disconnected from the Earth’s grounding energy, overly reliant on air and lacking balance.
In my own spiritual practice, I also focus on energy alchemy—a process that involves transmuting negative or stagnant energy. While I won’t go into the deeper aspects of my methods (as some are private and misunderstood), I will say that physical movement, like shaking my body, is a significant part of this. Over the past year, I’ve lost 3 inches off my waist, the smallest I’ve been in over 20 years. This isn’t just about physical fitness but about releasing trauma and dark energies absorbed from being around unhealed or negative people.
As a spiritual guide, I often serve as a "battery" for others who lack their own connection to the divine. Many people don’t realize how transformative it is to surrender to God, to be cleansed through something as simple yet profound as baptism. It’s a life-changing act, far more beneficial than many realize. Yet, some people resist this path, making excuses or remaining unaware of how much the light can transform their lives. Meanwhile, I burn through my own energy helping others—though my direct connection to God replenishes me, it’s still important to cleanse and meditate to maintain balance.
A spiritual lifestyle requires intentional care. In my ideal home, I’d have epic restrooms with multiple showers and an outdoor jacuzzi for wintertime. Water, like the Earth, is a critical element for cleansing and rejuvenating the spirit. Meditation, creativity, and alignment with nature are non-negotiables for me.
This journey is why I needed a rebirth—a complete restart. I can’t convince people who choose misery, self-sabotage, or deception to break free from their cycles, but I’ve learned that the universe does not support sneaky or dishonest behavior in the long run. The effort they put into taking from others is wasted energy, while those aligned with divine intention effortlessly attract abundance. Spirituality is about living in harmony with these universal laws, embracing the light, and fostering growth within ourselves and others.
