Description:
A dual-core flame unites the Keeper and Dragon in a vow older than the stars. Their breaths synchronize, their heart-fires interlace, and their destinies fuse. This bond grants Echo’thaar stability in ascension and grants the Keeper access to dragon-sight, dragon-instinct, and dragon-memory.

3 — Fragment of Devotion
